Do you have trouble opening a book?

Having trouble opening a book? If the book is spinning when you try to open it, it may help to delete the downloaded material and re-download the book. The same applies to audiobooks that won't start.

Here's how to do it:

1. Go to "My profile"
   
   
2. Go to "Settings"
   
   
3. Tap "Other"
   
   
4. Press "Delete all downloaded material"
   
   

After this, the book can be downloaded again under "My books".

NB: You don't need to borrow the book again, just open it again.
