How do I delete my user?

f you want to delete your user to Biblio - here's how you do it:

1. Go to “My Profile” and select “Settings”
2. Select “Other” in iOS, “Data and consent” in Android
3. Scroll to "Delete user" and tap "Delete user". Choose “Yes” if you agree that Biblio should delete all stored data and no longer collect new data. If you do not want to remove the possibility of storing data, select “No”.

If you have problems getting your user deleted from BookBites, please contact support. Remember to provide your library card number in your support ticket.
